Booklets, printed your way

Full-colour booklets in A5 or A4, from 8 to 64 pages, saddle stitched (stapled on the spine). Keep it simple with a self cover (the cover is the same paper as the inside), or give it a thicker cover on 170, 250 or 350gsm. Inside pages on 115, 128 or 150gsm. Choose gloss or matt: it applies to the inside pages and to a separate cover (a self cover follows the inside pages).

Short runs of 25 to 500 are printed digitally on our standard print time. Bigger runs of 500 to 10 000 are printed litho, which takes 10 working days but brings the price per booklet right down. Ideal for catalogues, programmes, manuals, company profiles and menus.

Booklet questions

Why must pages be in multiples of 4?

Booklets are made from sheets folded in half, so every sheet adds 4 pages. That’s why you can choose 8, 12, 16 … 64 pages.

Does the page count include the cover?

Yes. Count every page, front and back cover included. A 16-page booklet with a separate cover has 12 inside pages and a 4-page cover.

Do you print digital or litho?

You don’t need to choose: we pick the best-value way from your quantity. Shorter runs (25 to 500) are printed digitally on our standard print time. Bigger runs (1 000 to 10 000) are printed litho, which uses printing plates, costs much less per booklet and takes 10 working days. At 500 copies we use whichever is cheaper. Your order summary shows which one it is.

Can I order more than 10 000?

Yes. Email sales@flyerz.co.za and we’ll send you a quote.

Can you design it for me?

Yes. Booklet artwork design is quoted on brief received: tell us what you need and we’ll send you a quote. It isn’t added to your total here. Design adds 2 working days, and the dates on this page already include them.

How long will it take?

The ready date for the options you pick is shown above, before you order. Digital booklets are made on our standard print time; litho booklets take 10 working days. Dates count from when we have payment and print-ready artwork by 12:00 on a working day. For delivery, your estimated delivery date is 4 working days after the ready date.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver countrywide. Collection from our FLY-THRU at 14 Laurie Rd, Illiondale, Edenvale is free. For delivery, the courier cost is worked out at checkout from your address.

Are the prices incl VAT?

Prices on this page are excl VAT. VAT (15%) is added in your order summary, so you see the full total before checkout.
